Painting, An Inspirational Journey

Painting is a boundless journey into the unknown; a journey of inspiration and growth. While painting, we fire up our imagination and turn our inspiring observations into new ideas. It is a creative process with the focus placed on the experience through which we:

• Gain knowledge of self
• Learn a tool for mindfulness
• Awaken creative thinking
• Develop self-acceptance
• Develop confidence
• Awaken childlike spontaneity

Create a painting varies from medium to medium and from individual to individual, but every person is a creative being with unlimited potential. I tap into that creativity and unique expression emerge naturally.

On the following video you can see my painting process for Nocturnal Overfly (“Sobrevuelo Nocturno”). The main character appears to be dreaming and flying over the Caribbean Sea.
